Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using ArrivalList, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

ArrivalList is a location-based reminder application that notifies you when you arrive at or leave locations you configure, using either a standard (“soft”) notification or a persistent, alarm-style (“hard”) alert.

ArrivalList offers a Free plan and two paid subscription tiers, Plus and Pro. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices are subject to change; we'll provide notice before any change affects an active subscription.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, not directly by us.

ArrivalList relies on your device's GPS and location services to determine arrival and departure. Location accuracy can be affected by factors outside our control—signal strength, device settings, operating system behavior, and battery-saving modes. We do not guarantee that every reminder will trigger with perfect timing or accuracy, and ArrivalList should not be relied on as the sole safeguard for critical, time-sensitive, or safety-related tasks.

You agree not to:

• Use ArrivalList for any unlawful purpose or to track another person without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
• Circumvent subscription limits through unauthorized means.

ArrivalList, its logo, and all associated branding are the property of ArrivalList. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding outside of normal use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to ArrivalList for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

ArrivalList is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArrivalList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed, delayed, or inaccurate reminders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ArrivalList after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
