ArrivalList (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a location-based reminder application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ArrivalList, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

To do its job, ArrivalList collects:

• Location data, including background location, so reminders can trigger when you arrive at or leave a saved place.
• Reminder content you create, such as location names, notes, and whether a reminder is soft or hard.
• Basic device information (device type, operating system version) used for compatibility and crash diagnostics.
• Subscription status, handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play—we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

Location data is used exclusively to determine when you arrive at or leave a location you've saved, so ArrivalList can trigger the reminder you configured. We do not sell your location data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Background location access is required for ArrivalList to function as intended—without it, arrive and leave triggers cannot fire while the app isn't open. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings, though this will prevent reminders from triggering.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use third-party services for functions such as crash reporting, analytics, and payment processing (via the App Store and Google Play). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy obligations.

• Revoke location permissions at any time from your device settings.
• Delete individual reminders or locations directly within the app.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

ArrivalList is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of ArrivalList after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
